By accessing and using Zipa Image Forge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Zipa Image Forge is an AI-powered product image processing platform designed for e-commerce vendors. The Service uses artificial intelligence to remove backgrounds, enhance images, and create professional catalog-ready product photos.

3. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per image processed. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless the Service fails to process your image.

• Standard processing: 1 credit per image
• Premium 3D processing: 5 credits per image
• New users receive 20 free trial credits upon registration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload images containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to process images you do not own or have rights to
• Resell or redistribute processed images without appropriate rights to the original

5. Image Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images you upload and process through the Service. Zipa does not claim any ownership over your product images. We store processed image URLs temporarily to provide the history feature.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times may vary depending on server load and third-party API availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zipa Image Forge is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business or revenue.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
